DAVID has been involved with high-technology companies for over a decade. David led technology development at Interchange Corporation launching local.com which became the fastest growing local search destination hitting 4.4MM unique visitors in 3 months. Over 6 years, David held key senior positions at Interchange which IPO’d in 2004, raising $22MM. As a founding partner at Mail2World he created an email service, establishing its use to 6.5MM hosted mailboxes in 3 with clients ICQ, iVillage, EsMas and NetIdentity. David has appeared on CNBC and TechTV evangelizing web-hosted software services. At PIMCO, the world’s largest manager of fixed income portfolios, David led the implementation of a high-capacity electronic exchange, which conducted over $1.2 trillion dollars in trades during its first year. David has also consulted as a technical analyst to Fortune 500 companies. David graduated Engineering from the University of Southern California as a Phi Kappa Phi scholar and holds an MS degree in Biomathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

COO
MICHAEL has more than 20 years of progressive Operations, Finance, and Marketing
experience in technology companies, mostly in the wireless telecom space. He served
as President and COO of Kelley Technologies, a technology company serving the telecommunications
and audio/visual needs of the gaming industry. Prior to that, he served as CFO of
Kelley’s parent company, playing a key role in the Kelley acquisition and successfully
raising capital. Michael also served as CFO for EdgeFocus, Inc., a start-up wireless
broadband company which offered high-speed wireless broadband internet to apartment
residents. EdgeFocus was sold to MDU Logix. Michael was VP/GM of the Texas Region
for Cellular One, now part of AT&T Wireless. Under his leadership, the Texas Region
produced nearly 200% of planning targets. Michael had P&L accountability and an
annual EBITDA budget over $85 million while managing over 100 employees. Michael
served in a number of positions over 9 years with PrimeCo PCS and AirTouch Cellular,
both now Verizon Wireless. These included Executive Director of Corporate Development
(M&A), Finance Director, Director of Product Development, etc. He has served on
the Board of Directors of two companies, one public, one private, as well as on
two Homeowner’s Association boards. Michael received a M.B.A. in Finance from The
W.P. Carey School at Arizona State University and a M.A. in Telecommunications from
George Washington University. In addition, he received a B.S. in Economics from
Arizona State University. He also successfully completed the Stanford University
Executive Program in Advanced Management. The internet has been an interest and

GREG has been developing, managing, and growing organizations successfully over the past
decade. As the founding principal of Visionary View, a New Media Consulting Group,
he has had the privilege of working with dynamic organizations positioned in the
performance search and New Media landscape. Greg’s hands on experience includes
the next generation development of Verizon Wireless's VZ Navigator, a personal GPS
mobile solution, servicing over 3MM subscribers. Prior to that, Greg held a key
management position in the development and launch of Local.com, a local search destination
site, recognized as the Fastest Growing Internet Site by ComScore, hitting 4.4MM
unique visitors in 3 months. Previous management highlights include AT&T, IMAX,
Certiport-IC, Networks in Motion, Transamerican, Sonicwall, Careerbuilder.com, Brown
Group Retail, Macy's, and 9 West Inc. Greg has a B.A. in Political Science from
Canterbury University.

VICTOR E. PENAN CFO, Senior Advisor
VICTOR is an entrepreneur and lawyer with extensive experience in corporate business formation and planning, and the facilitation of M&A transactions and strategic alliances. He founded Great Circle Consulting Group, which provides strategic planning services to a wide array of clients. He has held senior management positions in many industries, including an internet portal start-up. Victor was a founder, COO and CFO of Mortgage Banker’s Acceptance Company and a founder and COO of Lightflex America, Inc., a cinematographic product marketing and distribution firm. He orchestrated and made several formal presentations to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences which resulted in an Academy Award for the Lightflex System. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Bat Yahm, the Board of Directors of The Movie Foundation and Imago Film Productions, Inc. He has served on the Board of Harbor View Hills South Homeowners Association, Denver Crime Stoppers and numerous private companies. Victor received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law, American University and his B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker.
